Tonight Our Hands Fondle

My beloved,
Tonight our hands fondle
The same swollen river
It’s turning from blue to silver
Then gold… my darling
It witnesses odes to joy
And tears of joy
Coloured in shades
Made by clouds of reality
Hiding its powerful waves…
Hoping like a human being
That its quiet and steady breath
Will trigger a sea of joyful tears
In a reality
One day
Wrapped in a blissful embrace
I love you

And intriguing title. Eroticism in the small things.

I read something about how a lot of college guys find handholding more intimate than intercourse. Think I’ll have to write about that sometime.

Emotions can be displayed in various ways, not necessarily explicitly.
