Hidden In Heart

Hidden In Heart

Hidden In Heart

Written: © Maxima

The sky is Gloomy.
The world around us
Is the same
Rude
Sarcastic
Dreary.
Do you not love me?
Are not your eyes-lovely?
Are not you my beloved?
Are not these your beautiful words,
“I’m not as beautiful as you”?
You know my dear,
These words are a gem
In which I have a sincere love!
Oh! I’m in love with you
My beloved
Your beauty is
In your soul,
In your heart,
Heart that I say to myself
Because I cannot aloud, for
I fear you will perish,
You’ll disappear!
Well, then it’s best hidden
Deep in the heart
For if they heard of my secret
You will go
And then my world
Would be black, blacker –
The darkest colored
Just like this sky
And stormy mood
Hanging over my city.
It swallows me
Walking along crossways
In well-trodden shoes,
But here is where
I just began to write
All my best words, for
I know
I love you.

I hope you have much brighter skies very soon, Stefan. I don’t like to think of you feeling as gloomy as your sky.

Love is glorious, when it resides in the heart it is safe. Always there. Secure. A melancholy poem Stefan but poignant and rich with the meanings of love. As all your poems are, much love, xx

You are always so joyful, that sadness in this poem !
    Dark clouds darken your sky?
Love lives in broad daylight, to hide his feelings, it’s to die
have a nice day ,much love for you !
